If you have no idea what the Ambassador programme is, then a brief explanation would be: Recently, there has been a major price drop to the Nintendo 3DS, from $249 to $169. And if you were one of the unfortunate souls that bought the 3DS when it cost $249(the original price). You'll be given 20 free games from the eShop, though they only count for the NES and GBA games, it's still an awesome thing for nintendo to do! That is, if you managed to get your system online before 12th of August!But to those of you who were not able to get online by that time, you'll still get a second chance! You'll then have to send an e-mail to Nintendo with the additional information(support@nintendo):
-Full name
-E-mail address
-The serial number of your console(3 letters + 9 digits)
-Copy/Scan of the receipt showing that the console is purchased before 12th of August.
..Yeah, I know it can be tedious to do all that, but 20 free games?! I'd say it's worth it!
Now, the 10 NES games being released are:
-Super Mario Bros.
-Donkey Kong Jr.
-Ice Climbers
-The Legend of Zelda
-Metroid
-NES Open Tournament Golf
-Wrecking Crew
-Zelda II - The Adventure of Link
-Yoshi
Only five of the ten GBA Virtual Console games have been announced so far, but that doesn't stop me from saying what they are:
-Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3
-Mario Kart: Super Circuit
-Metroid Fusion-WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$
-Mario vs. Donkey Kong
The remaining five GBA games will be announced later this year.
Ohh, and if you are an ambassador, and don't know how to download these.
-Go into Nintendo eShop.
-Find "Settings/Other" which is located all the way to the left.
-Click it, and then click on "Titles you've downloaded".
-This is where you'll find all the games.
-Click on "Redownload" to download the game of your choice.
So, that's it! Regarding one of those GBA games, I really hope they'll release one of the three Castlevania GBA games. Or all of them, in due time..
